Last night we celebrated an amazing life, sadly, cut too short!  We came together, held each other, smiled, cheered, laughed and lit off sparklers to remember our Amanda, hopefully, just as she would have wanted it!  We love you Amanda & Cory!!

As we approach each day now, we can approach it with a spirit of hope that we will see Amanda again one day and with the spirit of love and joy that Amanda so beautifully embodied.  May we carry her legacy and make her proud!

Here’s what you can look forward too this coming week at CFP…

Monday – 6 rounds of rowing and power cleans will start us off with built in rest, thank goodness.  Then we have some accessory work to complete of banded good mornings and weighted abmat situps.

Tuesday – Today we’ll work some running intervals.  Don’t skip this because you don’t like running!!  Come anyway, it will make you better!  We’ll finish off with some kipping pull-up progressions and a little time on the bar.

Wednesday – Hump day and front squat day, what could be better!?  Two couplets for time of a calorie row and power snatch plus T2B and OHS make up your WOD.

Thursday – Grab a barbell for a little strict shoulder press work.  Then you have 4 rounds of fun including wallballs, kbs, box overs and burpees! 😉

Friday – Welcome July!!  Today we get to clean!  10 min EMOM either working up in weight or looking for consistency at the same weight for all sets.  Your WOD is 4 rounds (again) of some running, bar muscle ups and DU.

Saturday – All you need to know is 21-15-9!  Grab a friend to tackle this one!!

Sunday Oly – Cancelled due to July 4th!!  We will have open gym from 9-10:30am.
