Here’s what’s on tap this week…
Tuesday – We begin with a metcon to get those engines going…5 rounds of 10 power cleans and 10 burpees. Then afterwards, an alternating EMOM of a row for calories plus some core work. There is not score for the EMOM, just some accessory conditioning work for completion.
Wednesday – We’ll be working on some ring dip work/progressions during our skill session today. Afterwards, 6 rounds of thrusters and pull-ups awaits. Sound like a Franish good time!
Thursday – We start with bent over row, 4 sets of 10, so not too heavy. Then your metcon combines a barbell + some gymnastic work for 3 rounds of a good time!
Friday – A little ground conditioning and kipping pull-up progressions should make for some fine gymnastic work this Friday. Your metcon will only require a kettlebell!
Saturday – A partner AMRAP of wallballs and rowing awaits! Grab a partner, complete the partner WOD & then head on over to CrossFit Steele Creek to watch & support our SuperFit teams!
Sunday Oly – We have some hang snatch percentages, then overhead squats and Romanian deadlifts.
