The struggle is real!!  Am I right!?  But good news athletes,  CFP is excited to announce our Fall 4 Fitness Nutrition Challenge!!!  That’s right, another awesome nutrition challenge lead by Coaches Michelle & Amy coming at you starting Tuesday, Sept. 6th!  This time it’s bigger & better…8 weeks long, amazing prizes & super supportive community cheering each other on to better overall health and fitness through dialing in their nutrition!

Fall 4 Fitness will lead us right to Halloween to set us up for success over the holidays, when many let their nutrition slide.  Stay tuned as we announce more info this week!  We’ll have info sessions the week of the 22nd and the week of the 29th.  Get ready to Fall 4 Fitness!!

Here’s what awaits in this week ahead…

Monday – We’ll begin with a snatch EMOM – 1 rep each minute for 10 minutes.  A little heavier percentage day, working at 85%.  We’re excited to see some awesome lifts!  Grab your favorite KB for the metcon…you have 4 round of KB clean, KB snatch & KBS!

Tuesday – We’re combining a girl WOD and a Hero WOD today with a few rounds of Cindy sprinkled with some rounds of DT!!  What’s not to love, body weight plus a barbell!  🙂  Afterwards, 3×8 Front Squat!

Wednesday – We’ll metcon first again today.  3 rounds of 1000m row + 10 snatches with a 2 minute rest in between (thank goodness)!  Afterwards, we have 5 sets of strict pull-ups and ring dips to work on.  Add weight if you can!

Thursday – Deadlift day!  Increasing your weight throughout the 5 sets every 2 mins, you’ll complete 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps.  Then we have a fun chipper of running, ring rows, thrusters & t2b.

Friday – Getting gymnasty today with some pistol progressions!  Then a sweet 10 min AMRAP of sit-ups, kbs, & waiters walks.  Happy Friday!

Saturday  – Get ready for some partner fun!!  2 WODs today with increasing reps of 100m runs & clusters (oh my!)!  Then, WOD 2 will be a combined total of you and your partners 1RM power clean!

Sunday Oly – Should be a fun Oly class…a few halting clean pulls, snatch balance & good mornings await!
