Ok maybe not right this second…but remember, we all get the same 24 hours in the day. Don’t make excuses, make a way!! We had a blast at Social Olympics yesterday! It’s looking like a great week ahead, lots of fun in store!
Monday – We’ll metcon first this Monday with some barbell conditioning! 3 rounds of deadlift, front squat & power clean with some rest between rounds. Afterwards we have 5 sets of 2 push jerk.
Tuesday – Getting a little gymnasty today with an alternating EMOM of some handstand work, ground work & ring pull-ups. Then more EMOM fun including KB SDHP, slamballs & max effort rowing!
Wednesday – Get ready to work that booty with some back rack lunges today! Your metcon is a fun chipper with a little bit of everything!
Thursday – Some conditioning work today with 3 sets of single leg KB RDL, TGU, and DU practice with a minute rest between each activity. Afterwards, 3 rounds of strict pull-ups (or Rx+ bar MU), wall walks (or Rx+ handstand walking) & DUs. How bout them shoulders!?
Friday – A little accessory work of front rack carries, waiters walks & suit case carries for our conditioning today. Then, we front squat!!
Saturday – A fun partner WOD of hang cleans, burpees and running! Grab a friend & we’ll see you at 8:30 or 9:30!
Sunday Oly – Just some hang cleans, jerk drives & front squat work today in Oly class!
