Gearing up for another great week at CFP! Here’s your preview of the week ahead…
Monday – We begin our week with deadlifts and strict HSPU! A little pull/push superset to make it more fun 😉 Then you have four 2 min AMRAPs of back rack reverse lunges & SOH!
Tuesday – Getting gymnasty with some pull-up work….weighted pull-ups, strict pull-ups and l-sit holds. Then, we’ll finish off with a fun little chipper of bodyweight work.
Wednesday – Back Squat day! Sets of 3, working up in weight. After, you have an exciting 10 min AMRAP of a barbell complex + burpees!!
Thursday – All the cardio today! 3 7-min AMRAPs to be exact. So come ready to work!
Friday – We start with a little push press (4×4) superset with some farmer’s carriers. For your metcon, you have 4 rounds of running, ground to overhead & pull-ups!
Saturday – Don’t miss a fun partner WOD!! Grab a friend & come on out for DU, KBS, wallballs, burpees & t2b!
Sunday Oly – Some fun snatch, back squat & accessory work are in store!
