Did anyone say running intervals!?  Ahh, well good, that’s just what’s in store for week 11 of our Free Travel WOD Friday Summer Series!  You can search our blog for all our travel WODs to get some great ideas for your next vacation!

This week’s travel WOD can be done in the great outdoors or in your hotel gym, whichever works for you depending on where you are.  If you’re getting outside, find a track, a lake, a trail, some pavement, and get after it!

I’m not really the type that can just set out and run, so I much prefer intervals that break up the running a little bit.  You can make this WOD as short (8 minutes) or as long as you’d like.  Totally up to you and what your day of travel has in store.
