Our InBody is here!

We will be offering our first scans this weekend! You can view the available time slots and secure yours on the SignUp Genius here.

Haven’t heard of an InBody or wondering why the heck you should get a scan!? An InBody is a non-invasive, quick, and accurate Body Composition Analyzer. It gives you a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat and water, going beyond the scale and just a number.

Body Composition Analyzers can help drive your nutrition and training as they give you a better depiction of what’s going on in your body, telling you if:

  • You are increasing your lean muscle mass and decreasing body fat
  • You are maximizing your performance and developing balanced skeletal muscle mass
  • You are preventing frailty and maintain your lean muscle mass
  • You are decreasing visceral fat and lowering the risk of cardiovascular diseases

This weekend we’re offering scans both Friday night, July 29th from 6:30-7:30pm and Saturday, July 30th from 8-9am and 10:15am-12:15pm. Each time slot is 15 minutes to allow for the scan and time to discuss your results. Sessions are FREE for those with Level Up Add-on Nutrition Memberships, only $20/session for any CFP/RISE members, and $25 for non-members.

We will be offering scans on several days each month or by appointment only to ensure all who want a scan are able to get them. So if this weekend is too short notice, have no fear, there will be more chances!

You can also watch a short video here explaining more. Hydration matters for these scans, so don’t plan to workout right before your scan. If you’re planning to workout at 5:15pm CrossFit on Friday, don’t schedule your test for 6:30pm that night or if you want to workout Saturday morning, maybe wait until our next test session.

Going forward, we will offer scans a few times throughout the month. This way you can plan accordingly based on the dos and don’ts so you can be ready for you scan!
