This month’s Open Gym Challenge WOD came from none other than Pat Sherwood! He’s been in the CrossFit game for years now, almost a decade I believe! And even as a 40 year old, doing 1 WOD a day, he’s still making PRs! This CrossFit thing must really work, huh!? 😉
