This week’s Menu Monday is a snack idea that is not only yummy, but will keep you satisfied until your next meal! If you are like me, you are always searching for healthy snack ideas that are tasty. The problem is that about 5 minutes after you eat them, you are hungry again. These banana dippers will keep you full, but are also super delicious. It is also guaranteed kid-friendly!
Banana Dippers
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- Peanut Butter (for a lower fat version sub in PBFit or PB2) (paleo version sub almond butter)
- Toppings of your choice (raisins, dark chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut…the options are endless)
Directions
- Cut banana into quarters.
- Top with peanut butter or PBFit
- Dip each in toppings of your choice
- Enjoy!
