salmon

Juli Bauer from Paleomg can do no wrong in my opinion!!  I follow her on snapchat, she’s hilarious and slightly inappropriate, much as her blog is!  She has so many amazing recipes on her blog, I’ve shared several here before.

Recently, she shared Spicy Candied Salmon Salad with Ginger Honey Dressing.  The whole salad sounds amazing & perfect for summer, but the salmon alone sounds delish!!  With only 3 added ingredients (excluding the salmon, and really one of the 3 ingredients is salt!), it doesn’t get much easier!

Serve atop the salad as she suggests or serve the salmon with your side of choice.  Enjoy!

Spicy Candied Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon filets
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp saracha
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 425.
  2. Mix saracha and honey together.
  3. Lay salmon filets on a lined baking sheet & sprinkle with salt.
  4. Brush the saracha honey mixture onto the filets.
  5. Bake for 10-14 minutes (depending on thickness of filets) for medium well to done.
  6. Serve!
