So who completed our throwback Open WOD from 2011 during open gym in February?  20 minutes is a long time in CrossFit, am I right!?

For March’s Open Gym Challenge WOD all you’ll need is the air assault bike 😉

Really!!  Grab your favorite bike & roll it outside to get a little Vitamin D as you WOD.  This is a spicy one, make sure those legs are nice & warmed up!
