3:00 ME Pull-ups

3:00 ME KB Headcutters (1.5/1)

3:00 ME Cal Bike

At the start of each 3:00 interval, run 400m.
Split the 400m Run in 200s for each partner.

One partner working at a time.

Add Pull-ups, Headcutters and Cals together for each round.
