Hang Power Snatch (1 Snatch Pull + 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang P. Snatch)

Every 90 sec for 5 sets at 70-75% of 1RM Power Snatch

Press from Split Position (3×3)

Stay light.

3 Point Clean + 1 Jerk (5×1)

Clean from Power, Hang and Floor + 1 Jerk without dropping bar
E2MOM for 5 sets.

*Building in weight through sets.
