Tomorrow is MAY!!! Holy cow, where is 2017 going!? We’re excited for a new month ahead! Memorial Day is approaching, are you getting ready for MURPH?? We need a fun gym social for May…any ideas? It’s always fun to get together outside the gym and build community in other ways! Maybe we need a Saturday afternoon/evening at the White Water Center or a brewery somewhere? Who has ideas??
We’ve had several new faces join the gym in April…be sure to welcome them & make them feel at home! Here’s your look ahead…
Monday – All the snatches today…first a few muscle snatches, then a little complex of a hang snatch + snatch from the floor. Today’s WOD should be under 10 mins…a little running and push press to start your week off!
Tuesday – Back Squat day! We’re still working on our max effort sets – today we’ll end at a whopping 85%! Your metcon today is 4 sets of power cleans, wallballs & DU!
Wednesday – Working on our handstands today, so plan on being upside down 😉 Then you have three 3 min AMRAPs of burpee box jump overs & t2b with some rest in between!
Thursday – Good mornings and back rack lunges for our weightlifting today. Afterwards, get ready for an arm pump with max effort sets of hspu, dips & push-ups, oh my!
Friday – KBS, running, abmat sit-ups, & more running to close out the week!
Saturday – Allll the wallballs, running and rowing for today’s Partner WOD!! Get ready to sweat!
Sunday Oly – Come work on perfecting those Oly lifts with Becca!
