Haters gonna hate.  But I’m sure if there is anything we can take away from yesterday and Amanda’s life in general, spread love you guys!  Spread positivity and be a light!  Life is short, so live well, laugh often & love much.

Thank you to all that came out to participate in our FlyHigh22 Partner WOD, it was an amazing day remembering Amanda!!  And a big thank you to all the CrossFits across the country, 22 total that we know of, that ran the FlyHigh22 Partner WOD in their own boxes yesterday in her honor.  Stay tuned for pictures!

Let’s run after those goals this week & make it a great one!  Here’s what’s in store…

Monday – Who’s ready to deadlift!?  Descending reps in each set, 10-8-6-4-2, with increasing weight.  Then, lace up those running shoes, 3 rounds of running & thrusters.  Don’t be scared!

Tuesday – All the squats today – starting off with squat cleans in your metcon paired with pull-ups, then 8×3 back squat of climing weight!  Fuunnn!

Wednesday – If yesterday was legs, today is shoulders 😉  Today we’ll floor press.  Afterwards, you have an alternating EMOM of DU and strict HSPU.

Thursday – Today we’ll metcon first with 4 rounds of deadlifts, burpees, KBS, & wallballs.  A little easy core work should finish the day off nicely!

Friday – A power clean + push jerk complex will start us off.  Then some work rest intervals on the bike, rower & ski erg!

Saturday – Another fun partner WOD Saturday awaits!

Sunday Oly – Snatch, push jerk & halting clean pulls await.
