It’s the last week of 2016!! So let’s make it an awesome one! Here’s your look ahead…
Monday – No early AM classes today!! We open at 7am for open gym & follow a normal schedule the rest of the day! Deadlift and seated dumbbell press today. Then, a fun chipper of rowing, DUs and strict handstand push-ups!
Tuesday – Working on some ring muscle up progressions today! Something for everyone, no matter if you’ve got MU in the bag or still working on pull-ups. Your metcon today is super fun girl WOD, Cindy!
Wednesday – Power cleans today, working up to a heavy double in 10 sets (ever 90 sec). Afterwards, you have some intervals of rowing and power cleans to complete!
Thursday – Split jerk triples today! Working up to a heavy triple in 6 sets. Biking, burpees, push press & skiing make up your metcon. Sounds like fun!
Friday – Some overhead walking lunge conditioning, then some floor press. Your metcon is a chipper of rowing and thrusters.
Saturday – Finish out 2016 with an awesome partner WOD!!! Grab a friend or 2 & get to our 830 or 930 classes!
Sunday – No Oly class today…just open gym from 12-2pm. Set up 2017 to be the best year yet & start it off with a good workout!
