Congratulations to all our Fall for Fitness participants!!!  Your dedication and consistency over the past 8 weeks have paid off and your results were amazing!!  We had such a difficult time picking the top 3 winners!

So many of your really took control of your nutrition over the past 8 weeks & not only lost a combined 95 lbs, but shed body fat and inches while maintaining and gaining lean muscle mass!  Through the use of nutritional rebalancing, convenient nutrition and a flexible dieting approach, participants increased their overall fitness, proven by increasing their Back Squat, and improved their overall cardiovascular endurance through a pre and post testing of a 1k row and 10 mins of Cindy!!

Here are your top 3 Winners of CFP’s Summer Shake Down Challenge:

1st Place with a $225 gift card to Lululemon – Jackie!!!  Jackie is a busy first grade teacher attending grad school and planning her wedding for next month!!  Jackie cleansed away 10lbs and fueled her body to it’s best performance!!  She continues to make huge strides in the gym, getting better all the time!  Congratulations Jackie on all your hard work over the last 8 weeks!

2nd Place with a $125 Massage gift card – Todd!!!  Todd began CrossFitting with us back in the spring and while he eats pretty clean already, he really dialed his nutrition in to fuel his body properly for the training he is doing in and outside of the gym.  Todd lost just a few pounds, but changed his body fat composition by sticking to his macros.  Amazing job Todd!!

3rd Place with $75 worth of supplements – Matthew!!!  Matthew learned a ton about tracking his food intake and leaned out incredibly while getting stronger and more fit these last 8 weeks.  He was diligent and consistent and it paid off!  He completed the Spartan Beast race just last weekend, completing his trifecta for the year!  Congratulations Matt!!

Once again, huge congratulations to our winners & all those who participated!!  Everyone gained so much knowledge about what they’re actually putting into their body, how to properly fuel their bodies and how to live a life of balance!  If we could give you all a prize we would, however we don’t give participation trophies 😉
