Happy Free Travel WOD Friday!!  This week we’re bringing you not one, but 2 workouts!  “Annie” is a famous girl WOD and typically requires a little bit of equipment…a jump rope & an abmat.

A jump rope is pretty easy to travel with, as long as you can find somewhere that is easy to jump (like, probably not in your hotel room, ha!).  An abmat is rather small & lightweight so it travels well too if you own one, but you could definitely do sit-ups without the abmat!
