How great is this DIY Salad Jar graphic!?  Often times salads can be super boring, especially eating the same kind over and over again.  But I know, I for one, do not eat enough veggies, and salads are a super easy way to up your veggie intake!

I’ve saved this graphic to my phone so when I’m at the grocery store, I can pull it up and grab several ingredients to keep in the fridge for the week to make a quick salad for lunch or dinner!  Of course, don’t forget your protein!!  Grilled chicken breast or salmon, some canned tuna or even a few hard boiled eggs are the perfect toppers to your layers of yummy goodness.

This graphic suggests making these ahead in a jar which is perfect for you busy working professionals who have to dash out the door each morning.  Or a great solution to a pre-made dinner when you get home after the gym!  Even just having all the ingredients you want on hand to make a salad when needed is a great option vs fast food somewhere else.
