Right before Thanksgiving, I shared Elana’s Pantry Paleo Pie Crust. One of my favorite things to fill that pie crust with is her Paleo Chocolate Pecan Pie! This pie is so rich & tasty! Whether your family & holiday guests eat Paleo or not, they’ll never be able to tell that it’s dairy, grain & gluten free. And you can feel good about what you’re eating & serving your guests! Make this ASAP!
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked Paleo Pie Crust
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chunks
- 2 cup whole pecans
Directions
- In a food processor, combine eggs, coconut sugar, and coconut oil.
- Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
- Pour filling into unbaked crust..
- Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes, or until set
- Cool completely, slice, and serve!
