If you’ve been following our Menu Monday posts for any time at all, you maybe have noticed the theme of any recipes we share tends to be easy & healthy! Those are the main requirements 😉 Beyond that, most recipes shared here are ones I have tried and tested on my own family; most have few ingredients that you will most likely already have in your pantry; and most will make leftovers or are easily doubled to ensure another day’s lunch or dinner.
All practical tips I believe that keep me out of the kitchen for hours on end and help us keep a healthy, maintainable diet to fuel our active and busy lifestyle! (Diet simply meaning the food we eat, not a restrictive new fad where we only eat cabbage soup for days on end 😉 )
You can always search ‘Menu Monday’ on the blog and all of our Menu Monday recipes will come up. I also tag each recipe with the type of meal it is, i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, dessert. So if you’re in a breakfast rut, you can search by that meal. Or if you need to bring an easy dessert to a friend’s house, search through all our dessert posts.
