*3 sets light but building a little each time.

Power Snatch (Power Snatch + Low Hang Snatch)

7 sets every 90 seconds

Power Clean (Power Clean + Low Hang Clean)

7 sets every 90 seconds

Push Jerk (10×1 EMOM)

*Pause 2 sec in catch

*Start at 75% and build up through 10 min
