Build to starting weight for metcon

Metcon

Every 1:30 for 6 sets of each
Station 1: 25/18 Cal Bike
Station 2: 10 Burpee Pull-ups
Station 3: 3 Squat Cleans Attempts (If you fail a lift that counts as an attempt.)

Station 4: Rest

*Need to hit Cals and Burpee Pull-ups for RX.
