Jacob Morris was a rising young star in the world of CrossFit. He placed 7th in the 16-17 age group in the 2019 CrossFit Games.

Jacob underwent Heart surgery, and sadly passed away after the surgery that was attempting to correct a heart defect.

This workout was the last workout Jacob completed before going into surgery.

Lets honor him, This one is for Jacob!
