You know that is right! You made it through the last 6 weeks of testing and now it is time to see all your hard work pay off…Restest Week! Just a reminder we tested our 3 RM Front Squat, Running Annie and Push/Pull Endurance. Here is a look at your week ahead…
Monday – We start off the week by retesting our 3RM Front Squat. PR’s across the board! Then we finish up with a quick 8 min AMRAP of 25 du’s and 10 burpees.
Tuesday – It is Running Annie day! Just dig in and get it done!
Wednesday – The last of our testing is our Push/Pull Endurance. 3 mins of max effort pull ups, followed by 1 min rest and then finish with 3 mins of max effort push ups. We finish with an 18 min E2MOM doing two reps of the bear complex. For those of you who don’t know, 1 rep of the complex consists of a power clean, front squat, push press to back rack, back squat and then a push press back to the front. Should be a great day!
Thursday – Our weightlifting is some kettlebell work today. 5 sets of 5 kb snatch each side, 10 kbs, and 10 headcutters. We finish up with 5 rounds of 200m run, 10 TTB and 5 burpees.
Friday – The day starts with a 16 min E2MOM of 3 Hang PC and 7 DL at 60-70% of your power clean max. The day wraps up with 4 rounds of panther crawl, monkey hops, du’s and slam balls.
Saturday – Hooray for the weekend! The partner wod today is going to be fun! 4 rounds of Cindy, 50 PC’s, 4 rounds of Cindy, 50 box jumps, 4 rounds of Cindy, 50 wall balls, 4 rounds of Cindy, and 50 burpees. Wow what a day! Enjoy!
