Summer is really flying by…we’re back for our 4th week of our summer series – Free Travel WOD Friday!!  Hopefully you’re saving all our travel WODs to your camera roll for any upcoming trips, or come to the blog any time & search travel WOD to find a workout you can do from just about anywhere with little or no equipment!

This week’s travel WOD is another AMRAP.  See how many rounds of this bad boy you can get in 12 minutes.  This would be a fun beach workout for sure!

For plank walkouts, start in a standing position, bend over and touch your hands to the ground.  Keeping legs as straight as possible and walk your hands out to a plank position.  Do a full push-up and walk hands back toward your feet, keeping legs straight.
