Most of our travel WODs shared so far this summer have required little to no equipment! This workout is no different, but it’s assuming you have access to a dumbbell, either in a hotel gym (hopefully with a treadmill) or a dumbbell that you’re traveling with (assuming you’re not flying, that would make your bag way over the limit 😉 )!
This workout is for time! If working in a hotel gym, complete your 800m run on a treadmill. If outside, run 400m out and back to your dumbbell. For mountain climbers, both legs = 1 rep and a tap of the dumbbell on each side = 1 Russian twist. Hold the dumbbell in the front rack position for your dumbbell lunges. Both legs = 1 rep.
