Attention Athletes!!! We just had a lot of PR’s set in our previous testing week, and will be starting up a new mesocycle. Our first week of the mesocycle (this week) will include some good ‘ol general programming to give everybody a break from our training cycle. Week two will consist of a test week, followed by 5 weeks of training, 1 de-load week, and then a Re-Test week.
Testing for this Cycle will include:
- 3 RM Front Squat
- “Running Annie”
- Strict Pull-Up + Strict Push Up Test
During this training block you will notice that we have a structure that consists of barbell lifts predominantly on Monday/Wednesday/Friday with more of a body weight emphasis on Tuesday and Thursdays. As always Saturdays will typically be a SUPER FUN partner WOD to continue to build and grow the awesome community that we have.
