Join us this Sunday in Oly Class for the Olympic Lifting Total!
We’ll be finding our 1RM Snatch and Clean & Jerk! Who’s ready to PR!? We’ll spend 30 minutes working on each lift.
Of course, you always have the option of performing the power version of each lift, or just working up to a heavy single if you’re not comfortable going to a max. Either way, show up 10-15 minutes early to get warmed up.
