Clean Prep

*3 sets

Low Hang Clean & Jerk (1 Halting Clean DL + 1 Low Hang Clean + 1 Jerk)

8 sets every 90 sec @75-85%

* Halting Clean DL to upper thigh + Low Hang Clean + Jerk
