This week’s Free Travel WOD is a partner WOD!! Grab your spouse, significant other, mom, dad, sibling, cousin, or travel companion and get moving! Brandon & I completed this workout the other week in our little cabin on Spider Lake on our vacation in Michigan! It took us just over 20 minutes & was a great way to get a sweat session in before a fun day on the lake!
